The Falkrail Group is always looking for new members. To be able to cope with the tasks we are increasingly taking on we need a good, solid, active membership.

Working with a forward thinking heritage and rail group has many benefits. We are looking for all types of people to do all types of jobs so all skills great or small are welcome.

 

The Falkrail Group has no discrimination in its membership and we welcome individualism and novel, ideas and ways of thinking.

You only need two qualifications to join; a positive nature and bagfuls of enthusiasm

 

If you join us you may find yourself:

 

-         travelling to a heritage railway on behalf of our organisation

-         compiling reports and reviews

-         giving advice to organisations

-         machining components for our fleet

-         creating items for sale via our warehouse section

-         meeting people while manning a stand at an exhibition

-         running a large group on one of our heritage projects

-         operating a Falkrail locomotive

-         developing new and advanced rail locomotives

-         taking up a paintbrush, hammer or WD40

-         exploring old heritage sites

-         editing this website

-         keeping the admin of this organisation on track

-         and many, many more things too numerous to mention
