Welcome to the new and improved Guidebook.

The new Guidebook is divided into two sections. The point of The Guidebook is to provide information to those of you travelling around England, Wales and Scotland (we hope to have information on Ireland published as well, as soon as we have the staff to do so).  The Guidebook aims to be the ultimate source of information of its type, with all the information you require at the click of a button.

The two sections are as follows:

 

Heritage and Organisations:  the guide to heritage and heritage railways in this country. It is broken down into counties, but instead of focusing on the few counties that we have review material for at the present time, we have produced a basic listing of the main attractions in a area, for every county in this country.  We will add the reviews, as and when we can. 

 

Mainline: the guide to mainline railways in this country. We hope to catalogue the infrastructure, rolling stock and organisations behind the National Rail Network.
